Veggie pasta is a delicious staple. Using a food processor, you can grate carrots or zucchini into pasta-like shapes, plummeting your caloric intake while still enjoying your favorite macaroni dishes. In this case spaghetti squash, when cooked, scrapes out into the shape of noodles all by itself!

1 medium spaghetti squash, halved and seeded
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup red wine
1 medium yellow tomato, diced
1/2 cup marinara sauce
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
